START HERE 

  1. Get your blender on your counter.
  2. Buy - spinach, kale, bananas & fruit (fresh or frozen) like mangos, pineapple, berries, oranges.
  3. Drink a green smoothie for breakfast BEFORE you eat any food - Drink 1 litre / quart (drink more if you want) - Also drink more water - Remember you are now slowly flushing the crap out of your body and giving your body the fuel it needs to be healthy!  Yipeeee!

2 Cups Water (fresh spring water)

1 Handful Kale
1 Spoon Hemp Seeds
1 Spoon Chia Seeds
1 Banana
1 Cup Frozen Mango or Pineapple
1/2 Teaspoon Spirulina (for extra punch)
2 Cups Water (fresh spring water)

Orange Breakfast Smoothie Recipe:

1 Cup Orange Juice (fresh)
