Drink a smoothie every morning for breakfast

Drink before coffee and before eating anything else

GROCERY SHOPPING:

Greens 
Main stuff: kale & spinach
Others:  cilantro, parsley, collards, other leafy greens

Fruit
Main stuff:  ripe bananas & lemons
Others: bags of frozen fruit or fresh - strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, peach, nectarine, etc

  • Water 
    Filtered healthy water - ideally spring water 

Other

  • 100% coconut milk in cans or tetra pacs to flavour up and add fat to your smoothies (avoid the cereal milks that have all these ingredients I can't pronounce ) - Avoid cow milk - it is too acidic for the body and adds inflammation and mucous - Read the ingredients of EVERYTHING before you buy and only buy clean products from now on

  • Buy Hemp & Chia Seeds to add easy to digest protein to your smoothies

  • Experiment with the amount of fruit you add, so your smoothie tastes sweet and yummy!!!

You don't need to taste the greens for them to do their work

  • A high speed blender is helpful and will purify your smoothie more (see welcome equipment video)

  • Take a picture of your face before you start this GET HEALTHY lifestyle so you can compare once you look more vibrant
