Drink upon waking - BEFORE your green smoothie and AFTER you have brushed and cleaned your mouth (so you don't swallow your mouth toxins back down). Try each recipe and see which one you like the best.
1. Lemon Water - 1/2 lemon in big glass water
2. Baking Soda Water - 1/2 teaspoon in big glass water or water bottle for all day sipping.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar Water - 1 capful of RAW ONLY in big glass water.
